We have bought each of our yachts a Kim pickup sail for this year. As both our yachts have swimming platforms it is relatively easy to bring back a person who has fallen in the water. This is not the case on all yachts.

Georgina Lawrie is one of our most regular clients. She came to do a Competent Crew course with us in 2006, stayed for a second week, and then went on our milebuilder to the Cyclades in October.

One reason why RYA schools have a good reputation is that they are all inspected on an annual basis. The boats and safety equipment are checked, as are the instructors’ qualifications and feedback forms from students.
